Greg Thompson heads up the Performance Answers Group. He is a certified HR professional (SHRM-SCP & SPHR) with over 25 years of Human Resources Leadership experience. His HR Generalist & Leadership experience supporting sales and remote associate populations in businesses from under $100 million to multi-billion corporations consistently had him asking himself one question: How can we get the right person in the right seat on this bus? Greg realized that just about every metric (turnover, satisfaction, litigation, customer service, etc.) measured in HR and in the business tied back to that question of how to get the right person in the right place in the organization. He came to understand that the answer to that question is that you must add a scientific performance component to your people process. You must understand what human performance is, MEASURE IT, and apply it to selection and development. It was that realization that led him to begin applying performance technologies to selection and development and to begin the search for the best tools to do just that. On that journey, Greg learned that hiring managers and leaders need answers and not 50 pages of reports to read and analyze. He has been making a difference using the tools on this site for over 10 years!
